Staff schedule texts

How a restaurant employee chooses to get texts about their own schedule — the same step they complete inside the Cavnar AI staff app (Me → Schedule texts), reproduced here as a live, unauthenticated form for carrier and campaign review. Texts are an optional extra: this form saves with or without them.

Product: Cavnar AI staff app, for employees of restaurants that use Cavnar AI (dashboard.cavnar.ai/staff)
Who this is for: A restaurant employee, opting their own mobile number into texts about their own shifts and their own requests
Where the same flow lives in-app: Staff app → Me → Schedule texts. The employee signs in with their own PIN; the switch is off by default and they turn it on themselves. This page mirrors it so reviewers without an employee login can complete it directly.
Schedule texts are optional. Nothing requires them: the schedule and every request update also reach the employee in the staff app and by email, and the app works the same with texts off. Consent to texts is never a condition of using the app, of employment, or of any purchase, and a manager cannot turn it on for anyone.
In the app this is the number you verified when you signed up. Leave blank if you don't want texts.

No text message is sent from this preview page: the messaging service this opt-in is being registered for is itself pending carrier approval, and a number typed here is never stored. Once approved, the identical switch inside the staff app is what enrolls a real employee.

Nothing here is required and nothing is pre-checked. The form saves with the box unchecked and the phone field empty: the schedule then reaches the employee in the app and by email only, and no text is ever sent. Texts go only to a number given here with the box checked.
